“Conical co-rotating twin -screw ultra-high molecular polyethylene extruder ”is the first twin-screw ultra-high molecular polyethylene extruder in China, which can complete the extrusion in less than 8 million molecular, and the yield is 5 to 60kg/h, and the pressure in machine head is ≧50Mpa. This product applies the technology of conical co-rotating twin-screw extrusion by the integrating the functional superiorities of “conical counter-rotating twin -screw extrusion”and “parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder”,achieving high extrusion pressure,stable pressure and low shearing force. Meanwhile, the screw-barrel section for discharging is applied the partial pressure structural design in order to overcome the poor mobility of the ultra-high molecular polyethylene and the material slippery problem,thus achieving extrusion of ultra-high molecular materials under low temperature. It is an ideal extrusion equipment for ultra-high molecular at present.
